Trauma Life Support in Motorsport-Course
Before the start of the 2024 motorsport season, the 9th Trauma Life Support in Motorsport course took place at the Red Bull Ring in Spielberg on March 16th-17th. Every year, it offers members of our association and external participants an opportunity for further training of emergency medical intervention and management.
The course is based on updates, skill trainings and scenario training and prepares the participants for the special challenges of trauma care. During the course, the skills taught are applied and consolidated in scenarios on the racetrack.
The target group for the course are both emergency physicians and emergency paramedics/paramedics/nurses, as we are convinced that only a well-coordinated team can guarantee the best possible treatment for an injured driver.
The training facilities range from the Media Center to the scenario trainings on the racetrack and the Medical Center.
The next Trauma Life in Motorsport course will take place on March 15th-16th, 2025. Registration starts in December 2024!

Vor dem Start der neuen Motorsportsainson findet traditionsgemäß am Gelände des Red Bull Rings in Spielberg der mittlerweile 10. Trauma Life Support in Motorsport-Kurs statt. Er bietet Mitgliedern unseres Vereins sowie externen Interessenten eine Fortbildungsmöglichkeit im Bereich Notfallmedizin und -management.
Das bewährte Kursformat mit kurzen theoretischen Updates und folgenden Skill- und Szenarientrainings direkt an der Rennstrecke bleibt auch in diesem Jahr erhalten.
